added a 'resettask' command that allows players to remove their streak and current slayer task

I would like to avoid using commands to fix bugs on the server. We've add a slayer points shop so players can cancel their current tasks. By not having a cancel task command it will help us capture bugs reports when players run into issues with certain tasks.
