What has been done?

Santa hats can now be obtain from mystery boxes and the rares drop table.
You can now access the dwarven mines from the ice mountain ladder.
Ghosts in Varrock sewer now have the correct combat animations.
added missing slayer task level requirement for rock slugs.
fletching arrows now requires you to have a minimum of 15 arrow heads and 15 headless arrows.
players can no longer superheat noted ores.
Wine and beer are now drinkable.
