Add all 667 revision items definitions to the game.
Removed Christmas holiday event.
Add ring of forging
Add dwarven stout

Bug fixes

fix fire wave spell requiring the wrong runes
fix body alter runecrafting
fix oziach dialogue black screen client
added mining role accumulator for dragon pickaxe
