What has been done?

Vampyre Slayer Quest

Vampyre Slayer Quest is now fully completed.

Improvements

Temporarily added +50 to base melee def and range def bonuses for dragonfire shields. (This will be switched back once we code charges for DFS).
Fixed rocktail healing
Decreased cooldown for random events if a player fails or logs out from it
Added smithing level requirement to superheat spell
