What has been done?
Dumped ground item spawns from OSRS Wiki map API.
Filtered out items that don't match our revision.
Removed items with conflicting coordinates
Manually validated each item spawn for accuracy.
Bug fixes:
Made Fritz the glassblower a static NPC.
Turael no longer assigns crawling hands without checking slayer level requirements.
