What has been done?

Implemented objects and ground item interactions with the new RSMod Pathfinding (version 5.0).
Improved naming in the ObjectDef class.
Fixed bug with random event timer throwing ConcurrentModificationException error.
Added pawn canSwim flag for ducks so they can "swim" on water tiles.
Added col_map command to print out collision flags around a player. Useful for debugging pathfinding.

Todo

Add object interaction exception for pathing to the Target objects in the Ranging Guild.
