What has been done?

Fixed silver rocks crafting guild
Added Crafting cape to requirement for entering crafting guild
Fixed droplist of abyssal demon
Fixed droplist of Gargoyles
Fixed Gamers Grotto teleports
Fixed KBD droptable
Fixed all Thzaar droptables
Created Corp dungeon exit, entrance is somehow not working.
Add dev-settings to gitignore
Fixed dungeoneering teleport timer
Add all dungeoneering resource dungeons entrance and exits. (No NPC's)
