- refactors cleanup to use aggregated task files
- adds manual volume deletion and detach to cleanup
- ignores some cleanup errors to facilitate botched cleanup re-runs
- tweaks cloudformation dependencies to improve delete success
- modifies setup to install log aggregation and attach storage
- modifies regions and zones to be more in-line with best practice
- removes unused vars and adds a cluster-admin user for demo purposes
- modifies run because of an issue with Ansible dynamic inventory
