Overhaul to add storage to the Docker registry #106

Modifies run to no longer launch bootstrap by itself
Modifies run to force env vars for AWS credentials
Modifies readme to tell the user about env vars (removes boto ref)
Merges bootstrap into openshift_setup
Modifies the CloudFormation template to create storage
Breaks out router and registry into separate plays
Prepares and connects storage to the registry
Adds template files for the PV/PVC for the registry
Skip adding kube's DNS to the node's resolver list
