fixes #17 by creating a wildcard entry that's in the prefix area #19

17 was opened because if I wanted to use a single zone to have multiple clusters, I could get collisions with the wildcard prefix.

This PR fixes that by making sure that the cloud prefix is placed "after" the actual prefix.
