We should create a "default" project for each user and then place a list of objects into that project.
For example, we might want to give everyone a project called "Turbo" and then instantiate a specific template into it, or arbitrary content, or something.
Note that project ids need to be unique so this would tie into #20 where a project might be turbo01 or turbo40, etc.
