Pull in ejacobs work, make smoke test and users optional #32

It looks like I messed something up as I'm seeing smoke test output even when not specifying --run-smoke-tests and I'm seeing 40 users created where I should only be seeing 5 (the default for --num-smoke-test-users), will dig in further tonight/tomorrow.

reverted docker 1.6.2 change, since it didn't fix the push times.

@thoraxe you should be able to use the upstream demo-ansible master branch now that this PR has been merged.
