If you install the specified aws ssh key as id_rsa inside ~/.ssh with permissions of 600, the openshift system user will be able to ssh to the internal node hostnames immediately.
If you don't have access to the AWS console you wouldn't be able to figure out any of the node hostnames after Ansible's output goes away. This assumes you know the hostname of the master, at least...
