Add a Web service endpoint for updating a curriculum record

UPDATE /api/curricula @param code - code of the curriculum @param name - name of the curriculum

OK, 200 Returns the newly update curriculum record

Client error, 4xx Returns an error containing the error message

Ma'am, ibig sabihin po nito ay update ng lahat ng curricula? Hindi po ng iisang curriculum? Thank you po
