Look at Lattice (Tested it and it works as long as the blinds are their own separate mesh).

Try pulling the papers off of the bulletin board a little bit. Right now they are z-fighting because they are so close. Also, by pulling them forward a little it can provide some pretty cool shadows once it's in Unreal!

Some barred windows would be a nice touch and add to the "crime scene" story.

Maybe try offsetting some of the glass on the windows. I linked a picture of an example (Maybe have the crooked part of the window lower than what is shown in the image though) I feel like adding some windows like that could really enhance the variety of the space: https://homeacrossthewater.files.wordpress.com/2010/08/crooked-window.jpg

I noticed you were adding some small details in areas where they may not be seen. An example being the screws on the top of the gratings for the balconies. If they will be shown in a screenshot then gof or it! If not, maybe focus that type of smaller detail in areas where it will be more easily viewed in your trailer and in screenshots. Overall I think it's looking pretty good! :smile: :hamster:
