Depth fade workaround for clouds #24

Can't give all clouds depth fade because it returns terrible looking results. Need to make a second material to put on a 'skirt' mesh for the base of mountains. (not possible to have instance because depth fade REQUIRES a translucent material) So I'm going to have to calculate all this noise twice. Hopefully it doesn't kill the FPS.
