Basically list anything here that we need to do, or curate or gather. For example, do we have to meet up at a specific day or timeslot?

we have to decide on a few things for sure:

• daily calls/chats which should be mandatory to discuss the progress, what was done and what will be done
• use google calendar to schedule the meetings and everything
• probably create google accounts for this group, for now it might be excessive
• use discord or something else for instant messaging and keep more important updates in a separate channel or send it over email
• set up webhooks for commits so we can see the progress and how active other members are

This is all I can think of for now.

I think chats would just be fine... I am in PCT Time,, so I might not always be there when you guys are most active... A Google Calendar would be nice once we know exactly what type of project we are doing!
