Enter Professor's Information #103

If I don't see a matching result, I can add professor's information by myself.

Acceptance Test:

1) I open my browser 2) I enter the UBStalking website 3) I see the search bar with "Search for your professor" and enter my professor's name 4) I enter a wrong name 5) I get a window pop up with the result of searching 6) I won't see a matching result, instead I see a button that allows me to add professor's information 7) I press the button, I see a new page with typing bars on professor's name, email, office hour, offiice, and teaching courses that I can enter the information 8) I enter the information and then click submit, the information is successfully sent.
