This functon allows user to enter the professor's information when no result shows up. #102 #103

Task Test:

1) When no result shows, there is a button that allows user to enter information 2) When click that button, shows a new page letting users enter the professor's name, email, office, office hour and teaching courses 3) When a user submits, the entered information is sent to the website email ubstalking@gmail.com 4) Pop out a new window shows the result of the submission
