In this pull request,
1) I merge the developed event handler page to develop for further implementation with other pages
2) The event handler is able to automatically shift date #108
3) User can view our posted event in an enlarged view if they move to the desired block #106

1) Task test is not yet uploaded yet
2) Consider to add a button for hosts to upload their events
