This pull request will pull navigation bars #48 for Schedule Matching page, Professor Profile page and Office Navigation page to the develop branch for other teammates to use. All pages are connected with one another. The main UI sections of these pages are still under constructions. The backend is not implemented.
It also contains #40 homepage's html code and css code to be further developed. Homepage is mostly ready, excluding the backend.
