As a UB student, I want to direct myself to other subpages when I am at the homepage. #40

Acceptance Test:

  1. I open my browser
  2. I open UBStalking website
  3. I see the homepage
  4. On the top of the website, there is a black bar
  5. On the right hand sides, there are the name of other subpages.
  6. I can click on them to redirect me to other pages.
