In this commit, I attached the subpage navigation bar.
New features:
1) Resizable - auto change when the user resize the window
2) Logo is clickable - if click on the UBStalking logo, it will go back to the homepage
Further Implementation
1) Implement this navigation bar to other subpages
2) The links need to modify before putting in use for other pages
