Finish 4 stage CI/CD pipeline with a Prod stage

As a developer I need to have a better CI/CD pipeline So that I waste even less time on things that's not writing code

Details and Assumptions

• If Dev stage's BDD tests pass, we deploy our app to a new Cloud Foundry space called prod

• This is a production instance of our app for real

  Acceptance Criteria

  Given our app passes nosetests and behave
  When we make a new commit to main on our GitHub
  Then IBM Cloud deploys our app in a production space for real business usage

For the last 2 stages of CI/CD, need to create a separate prod space in the tx624@nyu.edu IBM cloud org; provision another ElephantSQL server then add it to the prod space on IBM cloud. production instance will be named nyu-shopcart-service-sp2203, will use https://nyu-shopcart-service-sp2203.us-south.cf.appdomain.cloud, and should be bound to that new separate ElephantSQL server
