[OPTIONAL] Function to update a shopping cart in bulk

As a System Administrator I need a quick way to edit the entire contents of a certain shopping cart So that I can easily control shopping carts when I want to

Details and Assumptions

• per prof: Updating with PUT /shopcarts/{customer_id} can also accept a list of items that replaces the current list. Again, a useful call for bulk updates.

• Input should be a list of attributes like {item_id, name, price, quantity}

  Acceptance Criteria

  Given valid customer_id
  And shopcarts {customer_id} currently has some items in it
  When we call PUT /shopcarts/{customer_id} with a list of attributes like {item_id, name, price, quantity}
  Then service returns code 200 OK
  And service returns message a list of attributes like {item_id, name, price, quantity} for the items now in the shopcart {customer_id}
