Navbar and Footer Enhancement

fixes #89

Description: I've implemented several enhancements to refine the overall user interface and experience in the Navbar and Footer sections. Here's a summary of the accomplished tasks:

  1. Fix Footer Language Menu:

    • Aligned the footer language menu to mirror the design and functionality of the navbar language menu.
    • Ensured a consistent language-switching experience across both navbar and footer.

  2. Add Dashboard Icon to Navbar:

    • Introduced a missing dashboard icon adjacent to the dashboard link in the user menu on the navbar.
    • Enhanced visual coherence and completeness in the user menu.

  3. Navbar Position Adjustment:

    • Replaced the use of sticky with fixed for the navbar position.
    • Conducted a thorough review and addressed any layout issues on other pages potentially impacted by this modification.

  4. Layout Review on Other Pages:

    • Ensured the changes made to the navbar and footer did not introduce layout inconsistencies on other pages.
    • Resolved any layout issues that emerged as a result of adjusting the navbar position.
