Added new footer #134

  1. Kind of change this PR introduce: The UI of the footer has been changed with navigation buttons as well. The footer contains the old description and details with new UI and newly added navigation tabs as well you can link the blood buddy's other social media icons as well..
  2. Issue it resolves: issue no: #133
