  1. Kind of change this PR introduce : Created post a blood request and linked that with home page with small button so user can redirect at that.

This doesn't look good at all !! Please get some design inspiration from dribble or Behance.

Whole copy-paste of the registration form. I'll not accept this and this is the second time you are copy-pasting the code. This is not how open-source works.
