In other locations, such as the cart or the products page, the 'Pay in 3 installments' option works correctly.
We are using PrestaShop 1.7.6.7, PHP 7.1, and the latest version of PayPal v6.4.2."

Prepare the cart.
Continue filling in the usual information.
When choosing the 'Pay in X installments' payment method, it gives an error.
