Tweak setup number inputs to use the bootstrap spinners #54

This would give another option to quickly bump the numbers instead of the (pitiful) spinners by default that Chrome gives (those up and down arrows are so damn tiny!).

These spinners would not be readOnly though, therefore, the + and - buttons will be new features, not overriding the previous behavior.
