Implement voting system #7

USER VOTING

Remaining :

[x] Voting on a candidate actually changes the state of that candidate to remove the vote
[x] Voting on a candidate lowers the count of votes remaining
[x] Using the last vote disables the other buttons (not the "remove vote" buttons)
[x] Pressing the remove vote button removes the vote to that candidate and allows back a vote, unlocking other candidates if they were locked

GROUP VOTING

Remaining :

[x] Show overlay on submit
[x] Add votes to candidates voteCount
[x] Clear votes
[x] Remove overlay on pressing spacebar
[x] Execute handler on when all voter has voted event
