Add help command to commands folder

• For each command
  • Add file for that command in /commands/
  • command response function name should be command
  • command trigger name should be TRIGGER
  • import TRIGGER and command from commands folder and use in python_bot.py
  • change function to accept to client as an arg
  • pass client to the function
