Farewell messages #30

Say farewell whenever someone leaves the server. Customize messages based on time of day and week. Example, "@User Have a nice weekend!", Friday afternoon "@User heading home", between 16:00 and 17:00 "We foosing?", between 14:30 and 15:30 ...and more! https://discordpy.readthedocs.io/en/v0.16.12/api.html#discord.on_member_update

Maybe, maybe not. The person leaving the server will never see the messages. But maybe that's okay if we change the messages to not be directed towards the leaving user but more so to the rest of the server. Something like @user has left the server but something more creative.

That's fair. It could probably still say something like "Have a good weekend, user" just don't tag anyone
