Fix Parallax Support (at least for r2k) #11

The current state of parallax emulation is "just enough to emulate parallax usage in OneShot", as it has been since the earliest R48 version to have parallax emulation. It would be preferable if parallax was properly emulated in order to give map designers a more accurate view of the level.

EasyRPG's TestGame should have a testcase for this - if not, ought to contrib
