2k3 Save Editing #28

If R48 is able to edit 2k3 game saves along with the games themselves, this should improve how useful it is in general. (Even if only as a cheating device. "any publicity is good publicity", as it is said...)

The formats are ready, but a nicer interface would be good, and I'm getting that done now.
