‘Browse’ button for @background_name #4

When setting the @backround_name property, it could be useful to have a Browse “Backdrop/” button.

This is already available in the 13210:<Battle> Change Battle Background event command, but it could be useful in a few other places as well:

MapInfo → Edit Info → @background_name property,
RPG_RT.ldb → @terrains → single terrain → @background_name property,
10710 Begin Encounter event command → {@setupType should be set to 1:fromString} → bkg property.
