Wrong usage of % (and colouring preview) #50

The Flash Event command in RM2k[3] doesn't accept percents, it accepts 5-bit values from 0 to 31. But R48 interface says % (also, the preview is broken):

And the % is not used in Show Picture event command, where the values are in fact percents:
