Build Failed: Cannot open include file 'UEPyModule.h' #877

UE 4.16 Python 3.6.5 Visual Studio 2017 Win10

I followed installation-from-sources-on-windows-64-bit but failed to compile the plugin, showing lots of "Cannot open include file: 'UEPyModule.h'"
