web design + fixes

masterlist of possible web designs & fixes. feel like to comment/add to this post and we can have a debate/vote which to implement i guess, lol

suggestions

• [X] separated subpages into prelims + midterm folders
• [X] merge icons/img bc they're all just pics anyway
• [X] fix formatting + other edits to prelim files (look at docx file in prelims topics issue)

• [X] remove sidebar, use nested lists (for the top/horizontal nav) - karen

• do you guys want to separate subpages into their own folders? like, there's a prelims folder containing all http/html stuff, etc, so there's only index.html in the main folder?
• add more pictures to content
• merge icons/img bc they're all just pics anyway

no need to make sub folders for prelims or other terms, that makes it more difficult to edit each html when we are to add more topics from new topics.

I've enhanced the content structure for the website. we just have to apply it so the structure would be more consistent.

reminders: -aesthetics - check the consistency of paddings, color sheme, etc [Rafa] -script for checking answers to quizzes [Gaspar]
