Hashrate and Wattage not shown properly #1

Pls implement wattage in ccminer-phi. Also, when using ethmonitoring, hashrate is not shown for each GPU. Thank you

My PHI1612 optimizations are available only for x86 version compiled with CUDA 8. NVML (GPU monitoring) is not available in 32-bit builds unfortunately.
