Wrap some commands used frequently Set tasks and shortcuts to them in vscode

• use acc for only create information of tasks
• use oj for download testcases and submit programs
• wrap oj test command (-e option)
• wrap oj-prepare / oj g/i / oj g/o commands for debug
• set tasks key maps for above actions

This comes from I want to avoid abc300/abc300_a structure with using only oj/oj-prepare.
