1.8.8 Port

So first off, I'm sorry that the formatting got changed across almost all these files. I downloaded the source a few months ago to make changes for 1.7.10 and never planned on making a pull request. If you don't mind the formatting here's a changelog:

• Bump version number to 5.0 for Minecraft 1.8.8, Now uses gradle 2.1
• Update to Forge 11.15.0.1591
• Mappings are now on snapshot_20151128
• Added a new command "/citeminfo" tells you how you would add a dictionary entry for the item your player is holding.
• The major change that was made was that dictionaries are now defined by modid:itemblockname,meta instead of id,meta. This solves an issue where adding or removing mods would shuffle item ids and custom recipes would mess up. The dictionary was rewritten to version 38 to support this.

Again, sorry about unnecessary files being touched. If the formatting is important to you I could attempt to port this again while keeping the same formatting. If it's not important, then it would be nice to have an official 1.8.8 version released, here's a build if you'd like to test it out. Just add 'shaped(dirt + dirt + dirt / dirt + dirt + dirt / dirt + dirt + dirt) > diamond,64' into dictionary_custom.txt for a test recipe.

Thank you so much! That's extremely nice of you. The formatting change is fine, I've been planning to change it anyway, since it's kind of broken and not up to date with stuff like ore dictionary, so it's a welcome change. I'll make sure to give a shoutout to you in the thread!

I take it the automatic dictionary generation was not changed, and still works with the new formatting?
