What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Build ardesia on macosx

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
WOrk with the tool

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
The program is unusable on OsX, the Gtk windows order is not respected, the 
windows are not shown at top level when the tool is clicked.

Are there some gtk Apple friend that can work in order to fix this issue?
