Some translation errors in Simplified Chinese Language #135

In Settings/Judgement, there are two translation error in fact in Simplified Chinese version. The detail of Music offset should be "音押延迟调整", and that of Judgement offset should be "目押延迟调整". Alternatively, they are reversed, and you might just swap those two.
