iOS搜索框无法正常使用 #87

设备：iPad Pro 2021 11' 系统版本：iPadOS 17.3.1 软件版本：2.0.0（103）group-B 在使用搜索框搜索任何字符的时候都会出现如下报错，并且无法正常获取到搜索结果。 image

根据之前issue上的回复，长按刷新按钮已经解决问题。感谢！
