Mem feature request #29

Hello, I really love the Mem module! A couple a feature requests:

1) button instead of (or in addition to) the CV input for the "clear" function.

2) polyphonic, based on # or trigger inputs.

Hello Paul, thanks for your suggestions. I'll be working on an update over the next week and polyphony will be definitely part of it. I also plan to make the module a bit larger (probably 5-6 HP) which will allow for a better UI, including a button for the clear function.
