Issue On: Home Page Front End

Describe the bug The button padding is too small, the font style is incorrect, and the hover and click effects are missing

Current implementation

Expected implementation （On Figma）

  1. Change the font family to Lato-Bold
  2. Add the hover and click effects. The color is #4793EB on hover and #4767E7 on click image
