Accept uploading other types than PDF and convert to PDF #71

If I use my camera to take photos of a multi-page document, I would like to group these photos (usually .jpg files) into a single PDF file. Unfortunately, the "organization" page only allows uploading PDFs.

Workaround: the user can convert each .jpg into a PDF using a tool such as convert and then use signaturepdf to group the PDF files into just one.
