Panning chart with two y-axis charts #400

Adding two graphs leaning on two different y-axis looks really nice and is 
indeed an important feature. However, when panning the chart up and down over 
the bounds of the current chart, only the left axis scrolls and the right one 
stays the same. This looks pretty ugly.
