Services for "Customer Interactions"?

How about including things for customer engagements, maybe full CRMs but otherwise just "Chat" tools.

For Customer Chat tools, here are the most interesting ones IMHO (analysis done 1-2 years ago):

• Drift (https://www.drift.com) - Free for 100 active contacts, 1 seat Integrates with Slack etc.
• Crisp (https://crisp.chat/en/pricing/) - 30 day history, no integrations
• Zoho SalesIQ (https://www.zoho.com/salesiq/pricing.html) - only 100 chats a month, 5K visits
• Interakt (http://interakt.co/pricing) - No scale limits, just some functional ones.

... if you like it I can post a few more that I researched. Just don't have time to do a proper pull request with the right format etc.
